Choose the RIGHT ROSE…
EVERY TIME!
If shovel pruning has become standard practice, and you’re tired of investing time and energy into roses that NEVER perform, then mark your calendar for Sunday October 20 at 2:00 pm, when PRS will welcome back via Zoom our good friend, former American Rose Society President and the Chairperson of the The American Garden Rose Selections™ Executive Board, Pat Shanley.
As we all know, growing roses in the hot and humid MidAtlantic region has many challenges, and plant selection is THE critical factor in determining whether or not your rose garden dreams will come true. The AGRS™ designation takes the guesswork out of selecting roses, using a rigorous trial process which evaluates the performance of rose varieties in gardens all over the United States.
During her presentation, Pat will explain the AGRS™ Program, how and where roses are selected and trialed, and how that translates into fulfillment of your rose garden dreams. Pat will also introduce us to recent winners of the AGRS™ Award, AND she has agreed to give us another peek into her personal rose paradise, where she grows approximately 250 roses in her no-spray, sustainable garden in Glen Cove, NY.
Attendance for this program is limited to 100, so be sure to REGISTER TODAY! (Registration opens on Wednesday, September 25!)
Zoom links will be distributed to registrants closer to the date.
