The program is FREE and guests are encouraged. There is plenty of free parking at the arboretum, and refreshments will be served. PRS last met with HSA Potomac in January 2019, when Mary Lou Winder demonstrated how to make rose beads, and exhibited some of the beautiful rose bead jewelry made by HSA members.
