Join The Potomac Rose Society for the first in a series of programs documenting the travels of PRS members, as they tour the most beautiful rose gardens in the US and abroad.
This month, we are pleased to welcome PRS members Patricia Nelson and Jennifer Porter as they introduce us to the beautiful rose garden at Skansen in Stockholm, Sweden and the world famous rose gardens at Kew Gardens and David Austin Roses in England.
At Skansen, we will join the Stockholm branch of the Swedish Rose Society for Spring pruning, and learn all about the history, geography and layout of this world’s oldest open air museum.
In England, we will be inspired by stunningly beautiful images of the roses at Kew and David Austin Roses. Whether you’re looking for new rose varieties to add to your gardens or planning your own European garden tour, this is a program that you will definitely want to attend!
