The Membership Year: The membership year for the Potomac Rose Society begins January 1 and ends December 31. New members may join the society at any time during the year and receive all back issues of our award winning newsletter from the beginning of the membership year in which they join. The only exception to this policy is that new members joining the Society after October 1 will receive bonus newsletters for Oct-Dec and will be enrolled as members for all of the following calendar year.
